Weekly Plan

Week of
This week's top goals:
TL;DR
  • A free weekly planner you fill in the browser, then print or save as PDF — no email wall.
  • Pick a Monday or Sunday start and whether to show the weekend, then click Print / Save as PDF.
  • Plan the week around 2–3 goals first; the daily columns are where those goals become actions.

How to use the weekly planner

  1. Set the top goals. Two or three outcomes for the whole week, written before you touch the days.
  2. Assign goals to days. Each goal needs a home — drop its first concrete step onto a specific day.
  3. Keep days light. Three to five items per day is realistic; a wall of tasks just rolls over to next week.
  4. Print it Sunday night (or Monday morning) and keep it where you'll see it.

Weekly planning beats daily-only planning

Planning only one day at a time makes it easy to stay busy without moving anything important forward. A weekly view shows whether your days actually add up to your goals — and catches the overcommitted week before it starts. Use this alongside the daily time-blocking planner for the hour-by-hour view, and our guide to simple task management for keeping the task list itself sane.
