By downloading, accessing, or using the Productivity Genie mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
The App is intended to provide productivity insights, task management features, and focus tools. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Disclaimer
The App provides general productivity guidance for informational purposes only. You use the App at your own risk.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with app functionality, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Productivity Genie and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Productivity Genie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
